Cold Cannon Terms

1. Agreement

By using Cold Cannon, you agree to these Terms. If you use Cold Cannon for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. What Cold Cannon provides

Cold Cannon provides cold email infrastructure tools, including campaign management, inbox handling, warmup features, AI-assisted replies, domain and mailbox workflows, and related services.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Cold Cannon to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, malware-related, credential-theft, or spam content. You are responsible for complying with email, privacy, anti-spam, and marketing laws that apply to your campaigns, including consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements.

5. Email accounts, domains, and third-party services

Cold Cannon may help you connect or provision email accounts, domains, Google Workspace accounts, payment services, AI providers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms. Third-party fees, domain registrations, and mailbox costs may be non-refundable once incurred.

6. AI-assisted features

AI features may draft, classify, or suggest email content. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding what to send. Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Payments and refunds

Paid plans, lifetime licenses, mailbox costs, domain costs, and usage-based charges are billed as shown at checkout or in the app. Cold Cannon offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Cold Cannon license fee unless stated otherwise. Pass-through costs, including domains and third-party mailboxes, are not covered by that guarantee.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Cold Cannon reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product improves, and access may depend on third-party providers remaining available.

9. Data and content

You retain ownership of your campaign content, contacts, and connected account data. You grant Cold Cannon the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or deliverability risk, misuse the service, or fail to pay required fees. You may stop using Cold Cannon at any time.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Cold Cannon is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or deliverability outcomes.
