We collect information you provide, including name, email address, account details, billing details, campaign content, contacts, connected mailbox settings, support messages, and product feedback.

2. Connected email data

If you connect an email account, Cold Cannon may process email metadata, messages, threads, attachments, contacts, SMTP/IMAP settings, OAuth tokens, and related mailbox data needed to provide inbox, reply, campaign, and warmup features.

3. Payment data

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. We receive payment status, plan, invoice, and customer identifiers, but we do not store full card numbers.

4. Usage and device data

We may collect logs, IP address, browser information, pages visited, feature usage, errors, and security events to operate, protect, debug, and improve Cold Cannon.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, process payments, run campaigns and inbox features, generate AI-assisted drafts, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

6. AI providers and subprocessors

Some features may send relevant prompts, thread context, or campaign content to AI providers or other subprocessors. We only send what is needed for the feature to work.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with infrastructure providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics or logging tools, AI providers, legal advisors, or authorities when needed to operate the service, enforce terms, protect users, or comply with law.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Cold Cannon may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and checkout flows.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for securing your own account credentials and connected services.

10. Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide Cold Cannon, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational limits.

11. Your choices

You can update account information, disconnect email accounts, stop campaigns, request export or deletion, and opt out of non-essential communications where available.

12. International processing

Cold Cannon may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our providers operate.

13. Children

Cold Cannon is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the latest version took effect.
